The Vision for North West Gate Gargoub SEZ, is to create a “Modern & Sustainable Metropolitan Community”, a Special Economic Zone & Coastal Port City on the Southern Mediterranean Sea at the opulent Egyptian North Coast Shoreline, in the Governorate of Marsa Matruh, and vicinity of Ras El Hekma, a unique city and location like no other in Egypt and Africa.

Strategic Partnership
NORTH WEST GATE GARGOUB SEZ (SPV) has been established by INVENTURE Ports Management GROUP and Inventure Group & EGMPT as project company.
The Respective Interests of the parties in NORTH WEST GATE GARGOUB (PPP - Public Private Partnership) are owned jointly by INVENTURE Ports Management GROUP and INVENTURE GROUP & EGMPT, with majority shares for INVENTURE Ports Management GROUP.
IGDC (SPV) is currently being established by INVENTURE GROUP as UAE HOLDING COMPANY FOR INVESTORS & INVESTMENTS
IGDC Poland (SPV) is currently being established by INVENTURE GROUP as EUROPEAN SPV FOR ECAs, DEVELOPMENT BANKS, SWF, INVESTORS & INVESTMENTS

Ownership
NORTH WEST GATE GARGOUB SEZ (Project Company SPV) is owned by INVENTURE Ports Management GROUP and INVENTURE GROUP & EGMPT as Project Company with Majority Shares for Inventure Ports Management Group, and fully supported by the Government of Egypt, Ministry of Transport, and Egyptian Parliament who approved Gargoub as a Special Economic Zone and represented in this project by Inventure Ports Management Group, Inventure Group & EGMPT. EGMPT is the commercial arm of the Ministry of Transport of Egypt and is as an Egyptian Joint Stock Company with participation of Alexandria Port Authority with (34% shares), Suez Canal Authority (33% shares), Holding Company for Maritime & Land Transport (20% shares) and Alexandria Container & Cargo Handling Company (13% shares). EGMPT is established to design, build up & manage multipurpose terminals & logistics parks inside & outside Egypt.
