North West Gate Gargoub SEZ will Own the development areas outside the Port (including Economic / Logistic / Industrial / Medical/ Educational / Technology / Entertainment / Touristic / Marina/ Hospitality/ F&B/ Commercial Malls & Retail/ Business & Financial District/ Multi-Commodities Centre/ Education City/ Energy & Power Hub/ and Residential Coastal City spanning over an area of 160 Million Square Meters of land in Phase 1  as per Ministerial Decree; and with an additional extension area to total area of 337 Million Square Meter (as per Masterplan of Phase 2 & 3)​​.

The Joint Entity NORTH WEST GATE GARGOUB SEZ is Responsible for the development of the allocated Zones, managed & Operated by North West Gate Gargoub SEZ/ INVENTURE Ports Management and Inventure Group.

 

Plots of Land & Parcels are available in the Port, Logistics, Industrial, Touristic, Marina, Hospitality, F&B, Entertainment, Technology Medical, Business & Financial District, Multi-Commodities Center, Education, Energy & Power, Residential and other areas, to be allocated from NORTH WEST GATE GARGOUB to interested 3rd Parties looking to Invest, Develop, and operate within NORTH WEST GATE GARGOUB SEZ through Investment, Rental, Lease or in Partnership with NORTH WEST GATE GARGOUB & Inventure Group.

 

All services, utilities, roads etc. will be provided by NORTH WEST GATE GARGOUB SEZ as per the required capacities up to the limits of the allocated developments zones.
